Claudia started her fitness journey with big goals in mind: get stronger, build muscle, lose weight, and maintain the weight loss. Working a desk job and having no prior fitness experience, she knew she needed to literally get moving to make it happen. And that’s just what she did!
She joined Fitness 24-7 and took step classes, kickboxing, yoga, and nutrition coaching, and worked with personal trainers Andre and Karen to guide her fitness journey safely.
After a fall left Claudia with shoulder and wrist injuries, she was sidelined for several months of recovery and physical therapy. But that didn’t stop her! Claudia came back more focused than ever and began personal training sessions with Cheryl.
