Build cardiovascular endurance and burn calories in this multi-level 30-60 minute class great for all ages and fitness levels. Members are instructed to use tension, cadence (speed), and bike position to guide themselves through exercises targeting various muscle groups. Bike safety and personalized bike set-up are reviewed with all members along with personalized heart rate zones in a recommended orientation. A towel and water bottle are required for class.
